At Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia, our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of inclusivity and a sense of belonging.

 

When we say ‘inclusivity’, we aim to actively offer opportunities for:

We are undertaking the following practices to ensure that we offer a safe working environment:

  • Reaching out to representatives of marginalised communities to educate staff.

  • Actively seeking diversity in the texts that we work on in class.

  • Continually updating internal and external communications to ensure that the language is accurate and inclusive.

  • Sharing our resources with under represented communities.

We believe that great acting is being authentic to the human condition, we aim to embrace diverse perspectives and ensure that the full human condition has the opportunity to be explored.
